Gutenberg Library held Wednesday, June 24, from 12.00, the extraction of four winners, participants in the Caravan Gutenberg, held between March 1 to June 24, 2010.

The purpose of the caravan was to arouse students' interest in the book’s world. Gutenberg Caravan stopped in several schools in Oradea including Iosif Vulcan National College, National College Mihai Eminescu, Lyceum Onisifor Ghibu, Technical College Transilvania, Greek – Catholic College, with two main activities: meeting with a successful writer and book exhibitions with sales, targeting both students and teachers.

The event closed with the occasion of commemorating 612 years of the birth of Johann Gutenberg, German metalworker and inventor, famous for his outstanding contribution to printing technology and also the library patron.

In mining performed by the writer and essayist Ioan F. Pop, actor and poet Ciprian Ciuciu that have emerged following winners: Vereş Raluca Gabriela – Colegiul Tehnic Iosif Vulcan; Burlău Renata – Liceul Teoretic Onisifor Ghibu; Toderaş Manuela- Liceul Teoretic Onisifor Ghibu; Prof. Moca Mihaela- Colegiul Tehnic Transilvania.

The awards consist of books presented at the exhibition.
