The project „Volunteering for social causes”, a project worth 10.130 €, is the first project of Caritas Eparchial Oradea within EVS. In March 2009 our organization received credit as a hosting, reference and coordination organization, for this service, we applied for a project which was also approved. The project takes place during October 2009 – July 2010, and the stage of the volunteers started on 1st November 2009 and it ends on May 1st 2010,

Volunteers participating in this project which is so quickly approaching to the end are Ahmet Necdet Cupur of Turkey and Stephen Murphy of Ireland. The two volunteers have spent 6 months in Romania which will remain an unforgettable experience.

The aim of the conference is to present their experiences. This will be achieved by launching a booklet and a video presentation that our volunteers have done, now, at the completion of their volunteering.
