-          you are not able to to walk or to take care of yourself

-          you suffer from chronic diseases and therefore you need periodical treatments or other type of medical care

-          you need us help to provide proper care for a member of your family, by solving the medical or social problems s/he is confronted with

-          you are after a hospitalisation period and you have to continue medical treatment at home

-          you are in a situation when you think a nurse or a social worker could help by visiting you at home

We offer information and family support in order to provide best care services in the best conditions.

Besides the medical services, the centre lends wheel-chairs, cruches, walking sticks.
